“Silence Is Not Therapy. Healing begins when we tell our story.”

My journey from brokenness to wholeness

I am Lorraine Harris, author of The Little Girl Inside Me: From Brokenness to Healing, Self-Love, and Becoming Whole. My journey began with overcoming childhood trauma, abuse, foster care, and many personal struggles. Through faith, healing, and perseverance, I found the strength to turn my pain into purpose. I wrote this book to inspire others to know they are not alone, that healing is possible, and that their past does not define their future.

Finding strength in vulnerability

My mission is to inspire and empower others to break their silence, embrace their true worth, and walk boldly in hope, healing, and self-love.

I want people to know that healing is a journey—not a destination. No matter how small the step, every choice toward healing creates lasting change.

Your story matters. Your pain has purpose. And your experiences, even the hardest ones, can become the source of your strength and the reason someone else finds hope.

Inspiring hope and empowering voices

I hope visitors leave feeling inspired, encouraged, and empowered. My message is that healing is possible, no matter what challenges you have faced. Your past does not define your future. Through faith, courage, and self-love, you can overcome obstacles, find your voice, and become whole. Silence is not therapy—healing begins when we tell our story.

"Lorraine's story is a beacon of hope. She beautifully illustrates that healing is possible and that our pasts do not define our futures."
